Kevin Ma is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Diversis Capital. He is the Chairman of the Board of Caligor Coghlan Pharma Services, PureCars, FORM, and Black Box Intelligence and sits on the boards of RFi Group, Tempo, Marketron and ServicePower. Prior to co-founding Diversis in 2013, Kevin held positions in private equity, strategy consulting (BCG), investment and operational roles. As such, he brings a transaction, due diligence and operational transformation skill set to the team.
Kevin graduated as a Joseph Wharton Scholar and Benjamin Franklin Scholar from the Management and Technology Program (M&T) at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS from The Wharton School and a BS in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Science, Telecommunications and Robotics. He was born and raised in the Los Angeles area.

Ron Nayot is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Diversis Capital. Prior to co-founding Diversis in 2013, Ron spent over a decade in corporate finance and M&A and brings extensive due diligence, negotiations, and valuation expertise to the team. Ron previously worked at the Gores Group and American Capital.
He was born and raised in Canada and graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario. In his free time, Ron enjoys golf, tennis and spending time with his family. He is also an active board member of the Private Equity Association of Los Angeles.

He is also responsible for managing relationships and capital markets activities with debt capital providers. Joseph sits on the boards of SalesRabbit, Adlib, Black Box Intelligence, RFi Global, PureCars and Caligor Coghlan Pharma Services and was actively involved with Diversis' investments in ArrowStream and Blue Software. Prior to Diversis, Joseph worked at Ares Management, Moelis & Company and Jefferies.
Joseph graduated with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He was also a four-year starting member of the varsity tennis team. In his free time, Joseph enjoys playing tennis, hiking and traveling.

Appoline Suchy joined Diversis Capital in 2022, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the firm. In this capacity, she leads the finance, accounting, valuation, fund-administration and compliance functions. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day business of the firm, as well as supporting the LP diligence, fundraising, and ongoing reporting. Prior to joining Diversis, Appoline served as the Fund Manager at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, where she managed all accounting, operation, and relationship aspects of multiple private equity funds. Appoline has more than 15 years of global financial and operations experience in several capacities, including but not limited to financial reporting, taxation, and audit. Appoline holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge and is a licensed CPA in the State of California. In her free time, Appoline enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and experiencing diverse culinary delights from all around the world.

Prior to joining Diversis, Greg held senior executive positions at Sony, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and Rumble Entertainment. Earlier, he was with Norwest Venture Partners (NVP) where he led investments in private companies across the Internet and software sectors. Before NVP, Greg was a member of Morgan Stanley's Technology Investment Banking Group.
Greg has a B.S. from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Engineering, both at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Dave Muscatel is a Senior Operating Partner at Diversis with senior financial and operational executive experience in executing turnarounds and growing businesses. He is a proven product innovator with 15 years of consumer electronics experience across a wide range of technologies. Dave recently left Patriarch Partners after leading two successful turnarounds over the previous nine years. From 2009 to 2013, Dave served as CEO of Rand McNally, spearheading the company’s transition from the print publishing business into becoming a leading supplier of specialized navigation devices for truckers and RVers and electronic logging devices for long-haul trucking fleets. He was named CEO “Innovator of the Year” by Patriarch for leading the company to sustained revenue growth after multiple consecutive years of revenue decline. Prior to Rand McNally, Dave served for four years as COO and CFO of Performance Designed Products (“PDP”), a $300M video game accessories company also owned by Patriarch. While at PDP, Dave oversaw finance, operations, business development, and IT and was a key contributor to the company’s turnaround to becoming one of the most successful companies in Patriarch’s portfolio today.
Prior to Patriarch, Dave spent a decade as a management consultant, including a five year engagement with Hilton Hotels Corporation from 2000 to 2005. While at Hilton, he led a number of high profile technology projects, including managing the roll-out of broadband internet to all hotel guest rooms and check-in kiosks in lobbies. He also served for two years as CFO of a joint venture between Hilton and LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation which provided interactive TV services across Hilton and LodgeNet’s collective network of one million hotels rooms. Before Hilton, Dave spent three years at Deloitte Consulting from 1996 to 1999 specializing in financial process reengineering and merger integration projects. Chris Porch joined Diversis as a Senior Operating Partner with 30 years executive experience founding and managing companies. Focused on growth within the software industry, Chris has worked in start-ups and midsize companies with foundations in AI, SaaS and DaaS solutions.
Founding AI powered Trilogy Software, which pioneered the configuration market in 1989 while in college, they grew the business to $250 million in revenue globally with over 1500 employees. Chris then went on to lead many technology companies including becoming the President and COO of TrueCar (NASDAQ:TRUE) leading the company in preparation for a successful IPO. He continued his career in software company management with Vast and Rabbet as COO, two Austin based enterprise DaaS and AI companies in the automotive, real estate, and financial services industries. Additionally, Chris has supported the Austin technology ecosystem by serving as Entrepreneur in Residence at Thinktiv, an angel investor, and as mentor to entrepreneurs. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Stanford.

Kambiz Izadi is the General Counsel at Diversis Capital where he oversees legal matters for the firm and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Diversis in 2021, Kambiz was the Chief Legal Officer at a global high-growth technology company with offices in the United States, Australia, Ireland, Singapore and Taiwan. He also served as a senior in-house attorney at a NASDAQ-traded biotechnology company.
Kambiz spent the first ten years of his legal career practicing corporate, transactional and securities law at three well-known law firms, the last of which elected him to its partnership. During his time in private practice, Kambiz had the opportunity to serve as outside general counsel to companies across various industries. He also worked on numerous M&A and venture capital transactions, including multiple cross-border deals.
Kambiz graduated with a BA from Cornell University and a JD from the University of California, Davis. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, swimming and reading.

During his tenure as CEO, Jim led the company through multiple fundraises, triple digit growth and successfully transitioned the business from a professional services company to a high recurring revenue technology company. Jim started his career as an entrepreneur, founding W-3 design and as a partner at MarchFirst. Jim also advises several prominent startups and is on the advisory committee for Santa Monica-based incubators Amplify and Mucker Labs. Jim studied Chemistry and Economics at the University of Delaware.

Early in her career, Jane held senior positions at Neophotonics and Corning. A former member of the National Board of Directors for Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT). Jane earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from Zhejiang University, as well as a master’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Ohio University.

Prior to Diversis, Tony was appointed by President Barack Obama as the 3rd Federal Chief Information Officer (Federal CIO) for the U.S. Government. As the Federal CIO, Tony oversaw budget and management responsibilities for the more than $85 billion that the Federal Government annually spends on IT. Immediately before joining the Obama administration, Tony was the Chief Information Officer at Vmware. Prior roles include the Chief Information Officer at Microsoft Corporation, Chief Information Officer at the Walt Disney Company, and Chief Technology Officer at General Motors Information Systems & Services. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of San Francisco in Information Systems Management, and a Juris Doctorate (law) degree from Santa Clara University. He was inducted into CIO magazine’s “CIO Hall of Fame” in 2009, and has been a frequent keynote speaker, panelist, and advisor at numerous industry and government events. Tony is also a licensed pilot, and enjoys flying his own plane whenever possible.

She also dedicated her professional attention to supplying strong HR partnerships to AI/high-tech startups and scaleups by designing customized solutions to attract/retain top tech talent within a talent shortage context. Prior to Diversis, Eric was with The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm, where he served as an Operating Partner and Board Chairman transforming multiple portfolio companies through oversight, support, and guidance in a hands-on, detail-oriented manner through the CEOs and management teams to accelerate growth and create transformational equity value. Eric has led multiple successful companies, transformations, and exits including successful mergers, acquisitions, and an IPO. He leverages a well-rounded background scaling early and mid-stage companies including Qpass, HipCricket, and Flowroute and leading in large publicly traded firms including Accenture, Citigroup, Amdocs, and Amazon. Prior to Trimble, Mason was a Vice President and GM at a $125M division of AMA Health Solutions and the Vice President of Product at Rand McNally. Yoshi Okayama is an Operating Partner at Diversis with over 25 years of successful experience helping companies build their technology architecture, software products, and teams. Yoshi is currently the Co-Founder / CTO of OneCloud Systems, where he and his team help build and maintain secure, scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure, create custom DevOps solutions, and advises on software architecture. Throughout his career, Yoshi has been a key member at various startups. Some of which include serving as an interim CTO at PuzzleSocial (now Zynga's Crosswords with Friends), the VP of Software Engineering at TrueCar/Zag.com, and as the Director of Engineering at Edmunds.com. Yoshi enjoys building solid technology architectures and teams and helping companies turn their business vision into reality. Yoshi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic (Cal Poly) University with a Minor in Mathematics.

David has been CTO at CafeMedia, Ask Media Group (an IAC company), Get Satisfaction (acquired by Sprinklr), and senior product management and engineering leadership roles at Limelight Networks, FICO, and Varian Associates. He has managed several organizations from early-stage through exit and has contributed to 6 US patents, but is most proud of the teams he has built and the positive impact he has had on the many professionals he has managed. Dave Muscatel is a Senior Operating Partner at Diversis with senior financial and operational executive experience in executing turnarounds and growing businesses. He is a proven product innovator with 15 years of consumer electronics experience across a wide range of technologies. Dave recently left Patriarch Partners after leading two successful turnarounds over the previous nine years. From 2009 to 2013, Dave served as CEO of Rand McNally, spearheading the company’s transition from the print publishing business into becoming a leading supplier of specialized navigation devices for truckers and RVers and electronic logging devices for long-haul trucking fleets. He was named CEO “Innovator of the Year” by Patriarch for leading the company to sustained revenue growth after multiple consecutive years of revenue decline. Prior to Rand McNally, Dave served for four years as COO and CFO of Performance Designed Products (“PDP”), a $300M video game accessories company also owned by Patriarch. While at PDP, Dave oversaw finance, operations, business development, and IT and was a key contributor to the company’s turnaround to becoming one of the most successful companies in Patriarch’s portfolio today.
Prior to Patriarch, Dave spent a decade as a management consultant, including a five year engagement with Hilton Hotels Corporation from 2000 to 2005. While at Hilton, he led a number of high profile technology projects, including managing the roll-out of broadband internet to all hotel guest rooms and check-in kiosks in lobbies. He also served for two years as CFO of a joint venture between Hilton and LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation which provided interactive TV services across Hilton and LodgeNet’s collective network of one million hotels rooms. Founding AI powered Trilogy Software, which pioneered the configuration market in 1989 while in college, they grew the business to $250 million in revenue globally with over 1500 employees. Chris then went on to lead many technology companies including becoming the President and COO of TrueCar (NASDAQ:TRUE) leading the company in preparation for a successful IPO. He continued his career in software company management with Vast and Rabbet as COO, two Austin based enterprise DaaS and AI companies in the automotive, real estate, and financial services industries. He also served as a senior in-house attorney at a NASDAQ-traded biotechnology company.
Kambiz spent the first ten years of his legal career practicing corporate, transactional and securities law at three well-known law firms, the last of which elected him to its partnership. During his time in private practice, Kambiz had the opportunity to serve as outside general counsel to companies across various industries. He also worked on numerous M&A and venture capital transactions, including multiple cross-border deals.

Prior roles include the Chief Information Officer at Microsoft Corporation, Chief Information Officer at the Walt Disney Company, and Chief Technology Officer at General Motors Information Systems & Services. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of San Francisco in Information Systems Management, and a Juris Doctorate (law) degree from Santa Clara University. He served on the global operating committee with responsibility for management, vitality and scale of the US Operations, while driving record revenue growth during his tenure. Previously, Dan was the Technology Practice Leader - Americas Region for Boyden, one of the largest retained executive search firms in the world. Dan holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota.

Eric joined Diversis as a Operating Partner with over 25 years experience as a serial technology business builder and global business executive. He is a proven Chairman, CEO, President/COO, Board Member, and go to market leader with software, mobile, AI/ML, healthcare, govtech, payments, and eCommerce experience who has built industry-leading products, global teams and companies. Prior to Diversis, Eric was with The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm, where he served as an Operating Partner and Board Chairman transforming multiple portfolio companies through oversight, support, and guidance in a hands-on, detail-oriented manner through the CEOs and management teams to accelerate growth and create transformational equity value. Eric has led multiple successful companies, transformations, and exits including successful mergers, acquisitions, and an IPO. He leverages a well-rounded background scaling early and mid-stage companies including Qpass, HipCricket, and Flowroute and leading in large publicly traded firms including Accenture, Citigroup, Amdocs, and Amazon. Prior to Riverside, Eric was the CEO of Flowroute, a next generation API-first telecommunications software company where he built, scaled, and led all areas of the business and eventually sold the company for a sector leading exit to an Apollo PE-backed, multi-billion-dollar communications and data insights company. Eric has supported the Seattle and Silicon Valley technology ecosystem by serving as a mentor for Techstars, an angel investor, and coach/advisor to technology founders, CEOs, and boards. Eric earned a BS in Engineering with a Computer Science emphasis from Stanford and an MBA from Duke.

Previously, Mason was an Executive Vice President at a trucking-focused new venture launched by Trimble. In this capacity, Mason established product development operations, stood up technical support, launched the company’s mobile app and consumer telematics product while securing distribution into thousands of retail locations. Prior to Trimble, Mason was a Vice President and GM at a $125M division of AMA Health Solutions and the Vice President of Product at Rand McNally. Mason earned a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Yoshi is currently the Co-Founder / CTO of OneCloud Systems, where he and his team help build and maintain secure, scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure, create custom DevOps solutions, and advises on software architecture. Throughout his career, Yoshi has been a key member at various startups. Some of which include serving as an interim CTO at PuzzleSocial (now Zynga's Crosswords with Friends), the VP of Software Engineering at TrueCar/Zag.com, and as the Director of Engineering at Edmunds.com. Yoshi enjoys building solid technology architectures and teams and helping companies turn their business vision into reality. Yoshi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic (Cal Poly) University with a Minor in Mathematics.

Alex Rosten is an Operating Partner at Diversis with over 20 years of executive leadership experience building multiple, venture-backed technology companies that have collectively raised $1.1bn + in venture financing. His record includes leading 2 unicorns (ServiceTitan - $8.3bn valuation and Truecar – NASDAQ:TRUE) as well as 3 successful exits. Prior to Diversis, Alex spent 5 years as a Senior Principal, Founder and Head of Cohort at BCG Digital Ventures (DV), Boston Consulting Group’s corporate incubator, where he advised Fortune 500 C-level executives on product and company creation. At DV he built a global group of interim COO/GMs responsible for the creation of corporate structure, governance, revenue and business operation at 40+ DV-lead ventures in Enterprise SaaS, home services, transportation, SMB and corporate innovation. In addition, Alex led multiple ventures that collectively raised $400m+ in corporate investment. Alex earned his BA from Stanford University and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. In his spare time you’ll find Alex on one of Southern California’s hiking trails or trying to recreate a recipe he saw on youtube to take to a Dodgers game.
David Rowley

David Rowley is an Operating Partner at Diversis with over 35 years of successful experience helping companies build their product development and engineering organizations, improve their pace of innovation, and deliver excellent technology products. David has worked across many domains, including ad tech, SaaS platforms, digital media, software infrastructure, financial systems, and scientific applications and instruments. He started his career writing code and became increasingly responsible for multiple disciplines, including software development, product management, UX, technical operations, and customer experience. David has been CTO at CafeMedia, Ask Media Group (an IAC company), Get Satisfaction (acquired by Sprinklr), and senior product management and engineering leadership roles at Limelight Networks, FICO, and Varian Associates. He has managed several organizations from early-stage through exit and has contributed to 6 US patents, but is most proud of the teams he has built and the positive impact he has had on the many professionals he has managed. David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, and currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Prior to Diversis, he helped build several ventures at Boston Consulting Group’s corporate incubator, which cumulatively raised over $200M, across energy, insurance, and blockchain. Alex graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Engineering and plays qualifier beach volleyball in his spare time.

Jon has held numerous CTO and head of product positions at companies such as EXOS (sold to private equity), World Wrestling Entertainment (NYSE: WWE), America On-Line and Publishers Clearing House. Jon’s focus over the past 10 + years has been centered around high tech, high growth organizations crossing many sectors including: MedTech, FinTech, AdTech, Data management and Health / Wellness. During this time Jon has worked to support companies of various sizes and complexity from pre-revenue through $200 million in ARR. Jon currently resides in Los Angeles, with his wife, two daughters and bernese mountain dog.
